03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to understand your value. Never dilute your purpose, and make sure you understand your purpose. It's critical to know what you bring to the table and to stay true to your mission, especially in a field where you can be undervalued and where people don't always appreciate your skill set.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are being undervalued. A lot of times, people don't appreciate your skill set and they don't want to pay what you're worth. It's an ongoing struggle to get proper recognition and compensation for the expertise and value that consultants bring to their clients.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are loyalty and being trustworthy. These principles guide how I conduct myself professionally and personally.
