She is an academic support, TRiO programs, higher education, grant management, and K–12 education leadership professional with extensive experience in student support, sponsored programs, federal programs, Title funding, curriculum design, instructional leadership, school administration, compliance, budgeting, and staff development. She currently serves in Senior Academic Support/TRiO Programs at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Her background includes adjunct faculty and sponsored programs leadership at Bennett College, along with nearly 20 years with Pitt County Schools as a federal programs director, principal, assistant principal, and business education teacher.
