Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lea
01What do you attribute your success to?
My family and the support system I've had with my friends and family has been the number one key factor, along with faith and that childlike wonder.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be kind, because it allows you to go further with empathy and respect. And don't give up, just keep going no matter what, one day at a time.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenge is always time, especially for creatives honing their craft. The opportunity is using AI technology as a toolset to leverage creativity and gain time back, allowing creatives to do whatever they want.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Staying mindful of the human condition and keeping empathy in mind when approaching things, even advertising. Bringing levity, lightness, positivity, and humor to situations because life has too many serious moments, and bringing a smile to someone's face goes a long way.
