What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to over 13 years of dedication in the medical aesthetics field, where I’ve focused on building strong clinical foundations while optimizing operations. By developing and mentoring teams, creating training programs, and prioritizing client safety and outcomes, I’ve been able to translate strategy into consistent, high-quality results across multiple clinics.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always believe in myself and pursue my passions, a lesson instilled by my parents who supported and encouraged me as the first woman in my family to attend college. I’ve also been fortunate to have a lifelong friend, Kim, who has consistently reassured and empowered me through challenges, promotions, and balancing career with family life.

I can’t overlook my sister as one of the major influences on my success. Growing up, I always wanted to be a role model for her, and as we’ve gotten older, she has become an even more significant part of my life—someone who inspires me every day. I can’t thank her enough for her unwavering love and support. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without the family and friends who have continually encouraged and supported me along the way.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize networking, seek guidance from those you admire, and continuously expand your relationships and knowledge—keep putting yourself out there, because it only takes one pair of eyes from the right person to notice your potential.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are grit and hard work, integrity, and being honest and transparent—with my company, my friends and family, and most importantly, with myself.
