Leah Butler has 15 years of experience in the tech industry and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager. She facilitates the building of IVR systems, which handle automated phone interactions for clients. After beginning her career as a transcriptionist through a family connection, she earned her bachelor's degree and then her MBA in project management, leading to her advancement into project management roles. She is transitioning to a new senior project manager position at a larger company offering more growth opportunities. Leah is also pursuing a PhD in leadership. She attributes her professional success to her relationships with people, noting her ability to make clients and colleagues feel seen and supported while delivering results as a collaborative team player.
