Her Interview

Ten minutes with Leah

01What do you attribute your success to?

My family is my driving force. It is important to me to make them proud and to do my best to help provide and give back to my family any way I can. I want to leave this world a better place, so if there is an area or need that I can help others with, I would like to answer that call.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't take things personally. When you are working with vulnerable people they tend to say or do things that can seem personal; however, they are simply people experiencing something difficult. When things seem personal or they get overwhelming, simply take a break and then remember your own self-care when you are at home.
