What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family. My husband played a crucial role in providing start-up funding, and my daughter, who practically grew up in the store, has been a constant source of encouragement and inspiration. Their belief in me has been instrumental in allowing me to build and run my business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep it simple, especially when it comes to advertising and branding. Focusing on clear, straightforward messaging allows your audience to understand your value quickly and makes your brand more memorable.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry to pursue it because they are genuinely passionate about health and wellness, not for social media fame or recognition. It’s important to be committed to helping clients improve their lives through practical, sustainable lifestyle solutions. Many clients come because of personal health struggles, so staying focused on real, meaningful results and being driven by your own passion to make a difference is key to success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is getting your name out there and having platforms to do so with little or no budget. I have for this reason reached out to many local organizations personally to offer my talents. I appreciate this platform developing other means to help in this matter as well.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are family support, a genuine passion for helping others, keeping things simple and practical, and empowering clients to take control of their health and well-being.
