01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The first thing I would tell young women entering the entertainment industry is that you already have what you need. It is natural to question your value, your worthiness, and whether success is truly attainable, but I have learned through experience that those doubts do not define your potential. With the right structure, systems, and support in place, the gifts, talents, and perspective you already possess are more than enough to build a sustainable and meaningful career. There is always someone actively seeking what you have to offer, and your responsibility is to develop the clarity, confidence, and discipline to position yourself where it can be seen, valued, and properly utilized.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field come with the realities of entrepreneurship, where there is no clear start and stop to the work. It requires constant attention to finances, trends, and overall business direction, while also managing the mental and emotional demands that come with uncertainty and pressure. In those moments, having a strong sense of purpose is essential because it keeps you grounded when things feel unstable or unclear.
