Lela Wagner

Lela Wagner serves as branch manager of her Enterprise location in the travel customer service industry. With just over two years of experience, she began her role right after graduating with a bachelor's degree in May 2024. In her daily work, she prepares vehicles, confirms reservations, assists customers with vehicle choices such as recommending minivans for extra space, handles payments and extensions, and manages back-end operations while running her own store. She supervises two employees, including one management trainee and a detailer, in her first branch manager position after serving seven months as an assistant. Lela is a member of the National Communication Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. Her professional goal is to continue working directly with people to help make their lives easier, whether staying with Enterprise or pursuing roles such as executive assistant.
