Ten minutes with Lena

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, purpose, and a commitment to continuous growth. After experiencing loss in 2008, I learned to transform personal pain into meaningful direction, which became the foundation of my work and vision. With over 20 years in mental health, I’ve built a practice rooted in compassion and a holistic, spirit-led approach that meets people where they are and helps them move through mental and emotional barriers. I stay grounded in service rather than titles or outcomes, focusing on helping others gain clarity, especially around mindset and financial blocks, so they can step fully into their purpose.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to first ensure that your passion is genuinely rooted in the work of mental and emotional wellness, because this industry requires more than interest it requires purpose and commitment to people. Whether you pursue psychology, psychiatry, coaching, or personal development, always lead with compassion, integrity, and a sincere desire to serve others, rather than focusing solely on financial gain or personal recognition. Invest in your education and continuously develop your skills, while understanding that trust is built over time through consistency, ethical practice, and meaningful results. Most importantly, do not become discouraged by challenges or slow progress growth in this field is a process, and lasting impact is built through patience, resilience, and dedication to the people you serve.
