With over two decades of experience inside high-growth organizations, Lena has a proven track record of guiding teams through rapid expansion, organizational transformation, and the complexities that arise from diverse personalities and competing priorities.

Her career includes co-founding and scaling a fintech startup from the ground up to become a national industry leader, where she served as COO and Chief Culture Officer.
