About Lena
Lena Nguyen is a life coach and owner of Beauty Life Coach LLC in Arden Hills, Minnesota. She began her business in 2023 after earning certifications as a Master Life Coach and Master of Spiritual Life Coaching from Transformation Academy. Prior to coaching, she earned an Associate in Criminal Justice and worked in various roles including for an immigration attorney and as a hairstylist for 12 years. Nguyen offers one-on-one services focused on self-discovery, happiness coaching, and meditation. She is a member of Living Word Church and its outreach ministry in Minneapolis, and she participates in organizations such as the National Association of Women of Business, National Association of Women of Entrepreneurs, and Women's Venture. Her success is driven by a passion for helping women achieve goals such as starting businesses or personal self-discovery journeys. Nguyen has been recognized with awards including Top Coaches in Shoreview, a feature as a Hidden Gem in the November issue of Voyage Minnesota Magazine, and the National Association of Women of Business Award, with additional recognition from the National Association of Women of Entrepreneurs in 2026.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My passion for helping other women drives me. Seeing clients succeed like opening their own business or starting self-discovery journeys pushes me to continue. Even when I doubt myself, new doors open and I can't stop because I witness real transformations through consistent work.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have a plan. You have to have a plan, and then you set your goals. And stick to that plan. Although you want to give up. Get to the end of it, because in the very end, you will get a lesson, and then you can start a new plan. And you'll be even better at it.
