Lenka Huang

Lenka Huang serves as co-founder of Bell, a nonprofit she has led for two and a half years after previously acting as its San Francisco chapter lead. Bell focuses on expanding access to network capital opportunities for underrated and underrepresented groups, and under her guidance the organization has grown to over 30,000 members with chapters in Seattle, San Francisco, New York, and Toronto while forming global partnerships including with the Mongolia government. Her career spans 15 years in the tech ecosystem, beginning as a research analyst at Moody's where she earned a Creative Confidence Award and later transitioned into product management, shipping enterprise software. She subsequently earned a master's degree in financial engineering from UCLA and an MBA from Berkeley, then held product leadership roles at a gaming unicorn startup that went public, Meta, and Zynga before serving as lead AI strategist at Current. Huang is an expert in product management across enterprise and consumer spaces as well as community building and human connections, and she maintains membership in Women in AI while advancing women empowerment initiatives.
