01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To not be afraid to fail. Most of your growth comes in failure, and learning from your mistakes, and pushing through when you know today and working through those challenges.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It doesn't matter what your background is, where you came from, what your challenges that you deal with, anything that you go through, you can overcome and work through, you know, as long as you have determination and grit. I came from a single mother household. My father passed when I was younger. I have 3 other brothers and sisters that are younger than me, and my family struggled with addiction and all sorts of things, and I put myself through college, and I worked hard to get to where I am today, and I think that anything is achievable.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

It's a very competitive landscape, so there's a lot of new technologies, and a lot of changing technologies, and different things like AI impacts and changes the workforce, and so we're always looking at new feature products and new ways, and there's always new ways that perpetrators are looking to break into customers' infrastructure and environment, so we're always looking at new ways to fight those surface attacks.
