Leonor Iniguez, MBA

Leonor Iniguez, MBA is a Senior Local Customer Relationship Manager for the Yosemite/Stockton Division Cities and Counties at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), based in Fresno, California. Leonor began her career in the banking industry, where she spent 25 years building extensive expertise in customer service, financial management, and operational leadership. Five years ago, she transitioned to the utility sector, joining PG&E, where she quickly fell in love with the company’s culture and mission. Guided by PG&E’s motto to “lead with love,” Leonor has embraced the values of respect, collaboration, and community engagement that define the organization, thriving in a traditionally male-dominated industry while earning the respect of colleagues and community partners alike.

At PG&E, Leonor serves as the primary liaison between the company and local municipalities, developing and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and support community engagement. She leverages her experience to resolve complex issues, conduct outreach activities, and provide education on PG&E programs and services. By collaborating across teams and analyzing customer feedback, she identifies trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Leonor is passionate about delivering meaningful impact for her communities while aligning innovative energy solutions with local needs.

Looking ahead, Leonor hopes to expand her experience within PG&E by moving into a different department and spending more time in the field, gaining hands-on insight into operations beyond her office role. Outside of work, she enjoys playing racquetball and is an avid reader, currently exploring Diaries of a CEO by Steve Bartlett. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, and is certified as a SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager and SAFe® 6 Scrum Master, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and excellence.
