Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous learning and never stopping my education. I couldn't remember myself not studying at some point in my life. What really matters isn't just the university degrees or certificates, but studying for yourself because you're genuinely interested in elevating your knowledge and moving forward. That dedication to learning is what helped me progress in my career, take on extra projects, and ultimately end up where I am today. I earned two master's degrees back in Ukraine over five years, then moved to the U.S. and got my MBA, giving me three core degrees total. But beyond the formal education, it's that mindset of always being proactive and invested in your own growth that has been the foundation of everything I've built in my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to treat my responsibilities as if they were my own business—planning not only how I would execute the work, but also what the final outcome should look like. That mindset has shaped the way I approach every role and project. It’s pushed me to take true ownership, think strategically, and focus on results rather than just tasks. By keeping the bigger picture in mind, I’m able to plan proactively, anticipate challenges, and deliver work that reflects both accountability and long-term vision.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning. Stay adaptable, especially as AI and digital tools continue to evolve the workplace. Invest in both your expertise and your personal brand, and consistently seek out new skills—because growth compounds over time. Dedication to continuous learning and professional development will always pay off.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see tremendous opportunities ahead in my career and in the marketing industry overall. I still feel like there's so much potential for growth and advancement. The key is combining a strong digital presence with active participation in networking events, because at a certain point in your career, you shift from just building yourself as a specialist to actively building your own brand. That combination of online visibility and real-world networking is critical for moving forward in today's marketing landscape.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, responsibility, ethics, reliability, and growth. I believe doing the right thing—especially when no one is watching—is the foundation of true credibility.

I approach every commitment with a strong sense of ownership and disciplined execution because I know consistency builds trust over time. For me, long-term success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about character, accountability, and a continuous commitment to growth.
