Leslie Bullock is a dedicated early childhood education professional with over eight years of experience supporting children from toddlers to school-age. Her hands-on experience in diverse classroom settings has provided her with the flexibility and expertise to meet the unique needs of each child. Passionate about fostering growth and a love for learning, Leslie integrates joy, creativity, and developmentally appropriate practices into her teaching, drawing from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other innovative educational approaches.
Throughout her career, Leslie has demonstrated a strong commitment to both students and fellow educators. She has served as a toddler and preschool teacher, observing and supporting the development of her students into confident learners. Currently, Leslie serves as a QRIS Program Supervisor at Crystal Stairs, Inc., where she leads a team of coaches to implement quality improvement initiatives across early childhood education programs. In this role, she provides guidance, training, and professional development for educators while maintaining strong relationships with community partners. Her leadership, coaching expertise, and deep understanding of child development continue to make a significant impact in the field, supporting both the growth of young learners and the professional development of her colleagues.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating envy and competition, which requires maintaining focus, professionalism, and a commitment to personal growth.
