01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not go into education thinking you are going to make a lot of money. If you put your heart into it and provide grace for the students, you will be able to do what you love. Doing what you love is the most important thing, and if teaching is what you love, just go for it because there will be hard days but knowing you are doing it with your heart makes it easier.
