My commitment to lifelong learning, combined with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, has guided my career and helped me achieve meaningful and lasting results.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to never give up on my dreams and goals. Success comes from perseverance, resilience, and the willingness to keep moving forward despite challenges. I was also taught that continuous learning is essential—“the more you know, the more you grow.” This mindset has encouraged me to embrace new opportunities, expand my knowledge, and pursue personal and professional growth throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to embrace every opportunity that comes their way and approach it with confidence and determination. Don’t allow others to intimidate you—recognize your value, trust your abilities, and know that your perspective matters. Lead by example through your actions, maintain integrity in your work, and foster open and honest communication with those around you. By staying authentic, confident, and committed to growth, you can build meaningful relationships and create a lasting impact in your field.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is connecting with individuals and businesses that need accounting, bookkeeping, and real estate services. At the same time, it presents a great opportunity to build relationships, educate clients, and provide solutions that help them achieve their financial and property goals.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are self-advocacy, kindness, and respect for others.
