Currently serving as Senior Account Executive and Manager for Texas and Oklahoma at Haus Labs By Lady Gaga, she oversees a portfolio of 75 stores, manages a coordinator, and drives brand growth through strategic store visits, manager engagement, and networking opportunities. Her expertise spans sales metrics, KPI management, ROI analysis, and event planning, ensuring every initiative aligns with measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Haus Labs, Leslie built a strong foundation in sales and management, beginning her career as a sales car representative and manager. She transitioned into the beauty industry, rapidly growing as a field manager and later joining Tower 28 Beauty, Inc. as a full-time Sales and Education Coordinator. Her work in expanding the Dallas market attracted the attention of Haus Labs, where she quickly earned a promotion after just six months. Leslie’s early experience as a business owner also informs her approach to brand strategy and market development.
