I attribute my success to my commitment to helping others feel confident and comfortable in the world of gaming and technology. I create programs, such as content creation and contact-building tools, to empower individuals to explore and pursue their passions in gaming and digital media. Central to my approach is fostering inclusivity—ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome and supported as they engage with these industries.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to view challenges as opportunities to innovate. When you encounter a problem, don’t just address it—think creatively about how to create new roles or solutions to meet that need. Success comes from recognizing gaps and proactively finding ways to fill them.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on building strong, meaningful relationships. Networking and connecting with mentors, peers, and colleagues are fundamental to professional growth and open doors to opportunities that might not be visible otherwise.
