01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't get so distracted by the fact you may not know what you want to do with your career. While you're searching for your career, don't forget that bills still need to get paid. Learn what you can at that job, get your bills paid, and then while you're doing that job continue to search for another job you think might be a better fit. Be okay with being different. Even if that place does not appreciate your uniqueness, there is some place that does.
