Her Interview
Ten minutes with Leslie
01What do you attribute your success to?
The drive really comes from my family, for my kids and our sustainability, and giving them a role model. It's about wanting to make a better life for them and be that role model they can look up to.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say don't wait until you feel completely ready to go after opportunities, because the growth usually happens while you're figuring things out. You may never feel like you're 100% ready, so just go for it.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and having an open mind and a growth mentality are most important to me. I also value resiliency and understanding and being comfortable to pivot when needed. It's about always learning and taking on new opportunities.
