Leslie Sukup

Management educator and former U.S. Air Force leader with deep experience in leadership development, training, and information security. She is an Associate Professor of Management at Ferris State University’s College of Business (since 2017) and previously served as Interim Management Department Chair. Before academia, she spent nearly 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, including as Superintendent for the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation, where she led network infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts and advised senior leadership on risk management and technology programs. A Master Resilience Trainer who has coached and trained more than 3,000 personnel, she also served for two decades as an instructor teaching technical and software skills. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management and an MBA in Information Security Management from Saint Leo University.
