LeslieMorgan Frederick

Leslie Morgan Frederick serves as Program Manager of Talent Development at Aveda, where she has worked since 2014 in professional services training. In this role, she oversees talent development initiatives and chairs the Women's Employee Resource Group, leading recent efforts to establish regional leadership, mentoring programs, community events, and centralized resources for over 150 members. Her career began with more than 15 years in nonprofits, starting in art history and museum education at the Roberson Museum of Science and History, where she developed educational programs for schools and scouts, followed by volunteer management and five years at the American Red Cross advancing leadership development for staff and volunteers. She holds HRCI certification in human resources, for which she has served as a subject matter expert on exam development, and a ProSci certification in change management. Frederick is passionate about education as a means to foster understanding and create transformative opportunities, and she is currently contributing to the development of a 501c6 organization focused on standardizing knowledge in the roofing trades.
