Her Interview

Ten minutes with Leticia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible people who have believed in me and supported my growth along the way, as well as to a deep understanding of my personal journey and the environment in which I was raised. Both have shaped my perspective, strengthened my resilience, and motivated me to continuously grow, learn, and strive for excellence in every opportunity I pursue.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always continue learning and growing. Staying open to new knowledge, feedback, and experiences has helped me adapt to change, strengthen my skills, and remain effective in an ever-evolving professional environment.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay committed to learning from others and remain attentive to your environment so you can understand how to meaningfully contribute and help improve it, since much of our work is about supporting teams and strengthening departments. Take advantage of every opportunity for learning and professional development, be a strong listener, trust your instincts, and continue to grow through experience and feedback. Seek out mentors, build meaningful relationships, and support your peers, as growth is most powerful when it is shared.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the lack of full recognition of the value and support we provide, particularly in ensuring alignment across teams and making sure everyone has access to the right information and is working from the same page. This is especially important for new team members who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain as they adjust to their roles. At the same time, this presents a strong opportunity to serve as a reliable point of connection and guidance helping others feel supported, informed, and confident in their work.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values in my work and personal life are trust and peace. Trust is essential for building strong, reliable relationships and creating an environment where people feel confident in one another and in the work being done. Peace allows me to stay grounded, make thoughtful decisions, and maintain balance even in challenging or fast-paced situations.
