About Leticia
Leticia Rabiela is an accomplished global human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience leading strategic HR initiatives across the manufacturing and automotive industries. As HR Director for PDS Americas at BorgWarner, she oversees human capital strategy across the region, driving organizational growth through talent development, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Recognized for her collaborative leadership style and passion for developing people, Leticia partners with executive teams to build high-performing organizations that align business objectives with a strong, people-first culture.
Throughout her career, Leticia has held progressive leadership positions with BorgWarner, Delphi, Tyson Foods, and Richey's Contracting, leading initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational development, labor relations, safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Her expertise spans strategic workforce planning, succession management, coaching, and change management, with a proven track record of strengthening employee retention, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and cultivating future leaders. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for continuous learning and believes that investing in people is the foundation of long-term organizational success.
Leticia earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, graduating with honors, and later completed her Master of Business Administration at the same institution. She has also completed executive coaching certification through BorgWarner, is an active member of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), and is pursuing SHRM certification to further expand her expertise in human resources leadership. Guided by integrity, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning, Leticia is dedicated to empowering individuals, building inclusive workplace cultures, and developing the next generation of HR leaders across the Americas.

Be open, be creative there's no wrong answer of idea so always speak up

To ensure correct communication between the teams as there may no be alignment
