About Leticia
I joined Amazon 2016 as a financial analyst after working in finance roles in telecom and oil companies in Brazil where I majored in economics. At Amazon Brazil I took on product and program management opportunities which led me to the US as a product manager for international expansion launching finance systems. I then worked on autonomous deliveries with drones and fintech before moving to cloud at AWS as senior partner enablement lead connecting partner offerings to sellers. A proud achievement was launching Amazon in Egypt during COVID via M&A integration completing it remotely in 3 months instead of 9 months despite time zone challenges.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious about everything even if it doesn't seem directly related to your career. Asking questions and making mistakes helps develop critical judgment which differentiates you especially in AI where things are commoditized.
