01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your instincts. Early in your career, it's natural to second-guess yourself or feel hesitant when you're the most junior person in the room. However, confidence is built by trusting your perspective, even when you don't have all the answers. Advocate for yourself, contribute your point of view, and ensure your voice is heard.
