01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just don't be afraid to take risks. This field does take a lot of, you know, you need to be creative, you have to be willing to speak up for yourself, you have to be willing to set boundaries, and a lot of that involves a lot of risks. ... be brave, take the risk. And, as there's a book that I like called Being Her, basically, just be willing to take the steps to go ahead and act like you are who you want to be in the future.
