I have over 18 years of experience in technology and consulting, with the past 3.5 years focused on driving AI business solutions across Latin America. My career began at Deloitte, where I worked across finance, technology, and HR, ultimately specializing in HR transformation during my final 6 years with the firm.

I then transitioned to the corporate side as an HR executive at global organizations including McDonald’s, Archer Daniels Midland, and Coca-Cola FEMSA. This experience gave me a deep understanding of business needs from the inside, complementing my consulting background.

Today, I operate at the intersection of Product teams and Account teams. In my current role, I lead AI business solutions for Latin America, working closely with both product and commercial teams to translate client needs into impactful solutions. I focus on shaping and scaling capabilities across Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the broader AI ecosystem—bringing field insights into product strategy and helping define the roadmap based on real customer challenges and opportunities.

I act as a bridge between engineering and the field, ensuring that our solutions deliver tangible value while driving strong adoption. What sets my journey apart is the ability to navigate both consulting and industry environments, across multiple sectors—bringing a well-rounded, practical perspective that enables more effective decisions and outcomes for our clients.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, self-trust, and confidence. Along the way, there will always be people who make you question whether you know enough or if you’re good enough. I’ve learned to tune that out—trusting my judgment, believing in my capabilities, and continuously learning at every opportunity.

I make a conscious effort not to miss opportunities. When one comes my way, I evaluate it thoughtfully—but I’m also willing to take risks when it makes sense. Growth rarely happens without stepping outside your comfort zone.

For me, success comes down to resilience, focus, and consistently giving your best. If you stay committed to that, the results will follow.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never jump to conclusions. Always take the time to dig deeper and look beyond what is immediately visible.

A lesson that has really stayed with me came from my manager, who often asks: “What are the invisibles?”—what’s happening beneath the surface that we can’t see? What’s not being said?

That mindset has shaped how I approach situations. It pushes me to observe more closely—paying attention to body language, perceptions, and asking better, more intentional questions.

For me, the takeaway is simple but powerful: don’t settle for surface-level understanding. Stay curious, challenge assumptions, and always look for what lies beneath.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice for women is simple: don’t give up.

Technology is still a male-dominated field, and that’s exactly why we need more women stepping forward as role models. It’s not always easy, but that’s where resilience comes in. If you truly enjoy what you do and commit to doing it well, success will follow.

To me, it comes down to grit—the ability to stay focused, push through challenges, and keep going even when things feel uncertain. Be confident, stay resilient, and always give your best.

When you do that consistently, the results you’re looking for will come.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges today is the speed of change. Technology is evolving incredibly fast, and it can feel difficult to keep up with everything that’s happening.

At the same time, that challenge is also the greatest opportunity. There is an unprecedented pace of innovation—with constant possibilities to learn, build, and create. With AI in particular, we’re seeing a true democratization of technology. Today, more people than ever can develop solutions, experiment, and bring ideas to life, regardless of their technical background.

Rather than seeing AI as a threat, I encourage people to see it as an enabler. It allows us to focus on more meaningful, creative work by offloading repetitive or less enjoyable tasks. We all have aspects of our work we don’t love—AI can help us rethink how we spend our time and energy.

Yes, some roles will evolve or even disappear, but many new ones will emerge. For those willing to adapt and learn, the opportunities ahead are incredibly exciting.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Ethics is, without a doubt, the most important value to me. I believe in being kind, treating people with respect, and creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued.

Authenticity is just as important. In complex and challenging situations, staying true to who you are helps you make better, more grounded decisions.

I also deeply value curiosity and continuous learning—especially in a world that is changing so quickly. Being open to learning, asking questions, and evolving is essential.

Finally, resilience and courage play a big role in how I approach both life and work. Having the strength to navigate challenges, take risks, and keep moving forward is what ultimately drives growth and impact.
