Li Jing

Li Jing is currently a full-time master student in learning sciences and technologies at Penn GSE. Before coming to Penn, she was an artist who directed a VR documentary called We Are, which explores disability issues and how AI could activate public discussion of such issues, and which received some award. At Penn, she works with professors on human-AI collaboration to see how humans could collaborate with generative AI, and she works at the GSC VR lab to offer more immersive media opportunities to students. She plans to pursue her PhD in the next five years and ultimately become a researcher, as she appreciates the evidence-based approach in research to better understand human-AI interaction. Her interdisciplinary background includes arts, research, and teaching experiences, which she sees as an important part of her identity.
