Lianet “Lia” Llanes is a first-generation Latina, Email Marketing Expert, and Founder of JADEHAUS—a creative studio built on passion, connection, and purpose. With a deep love for art, writing, spirituality, and community, Lia helps entrepreneurs and wellness brands align their marketing strategies with their higher mission. To her, marketing isn’t just about data or design—it’s about alignment. When a brand reflects its true vision and values, growth happens naturally.

With a background spanning healthcare, finance, hospitality, and consulting, Lia brings versatility, leadership, and heart to every collaboration. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my determination, discipline, and unwavering focus—but also to my belief that alignment and purpose create momentum. When I’m connected to why I’m doing something, I give it my all.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to take the leap, even if you can’t see the full path yet. Clarity comes through action, not perfection.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is simply getting started. With so many strategies, platforms, and trends to navigate, taking that first step can often feel overwhelming—but it’s also the most important one.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both personally and professionally are authenticity, integrity, and connection. I believe in leading with intention, showing up with honesty, and creating meaningful relationships that inspire growth and purpose.
