My advice to young women entering this field is to take the leap, even if you can’t see the full path yet. Clarity comes through action, not perfection.

The biggest challenge in my field right now is simply getting started. With so many strategies, platforms, and trends to navigate, taking that first step can often feel overwhelming—but it’s also the most important one.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both personally and professionally are authenticity, integrity, and connection. I believe in leading with intention, showing up with honesty, and creating meaningful relationships that inspire growth and purpose.
