Liberty Stansberry

Liberty Stansberry is the founder of Solutions HR Consulting, a strategic HR consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington. She launched the business to provide personalized human resources services to organizations of all sizes, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, talent management, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. Under her leadership, Solutions HR Consulting has helped clients transform organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, develop dynamic leaders, ensure legal compliance, and implement competitive compensation practices.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Liberty brings deep expertise from previous senior leadership roles, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Northwest Kidney Centers, VP of People at Optum, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Brookdale Senior Living, where she led a team of 100 HR professionals. Her experience also includes senior HR roles at Emeritus and work as a physician advocate, giving her a broad understanding of organizational operations across industries.

Liberty credits her career path to the mentorship of Kelly Murray, who encouraged her to pursue HR and predicted her eventual move into management. Her career also reflects a commitment to employee advocacy, leadership development, and organizational excellence, which she now brings to her consulting clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Western Washington University, completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business in 2012, and earned her MBA from Washington State University in 2020. Liberty combines her extensive leadership experience with her passion for helping organizations grow strategically through effective human capital management.
