About Libriti
Libriti Greene is the creator and founder of It's In My Nature Social Club, a national organization established in 2024 that serves as a curator for Women's Voices. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the club focuses on sisterhood, wellness, community service, and self-discovery, with members across the West Coast, East Coast, and South. Greene is currently studying psychology at a community college while transferring to UCLA, having previously been a pre-med student at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She holds certificates of completion from the USC CAC Medicine program and a UCLA summer bridge program, and has completed internships in health sciences, including neuro and cardiology, at UCLA and with mentors such as Mr. Herrera. Her commitment to community service began at a young age, focusing on the housing-insecure population in Los Angeles, particularly Skid Row, and includes work with the Partnership for Safe Families and Friends on the Child Prevention Abuse Council. Greene attributes her drive to her family values and personal experiences, including a childhood leukemia diagnosis that reinforced her desire to help others and give back through her work.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Libriti
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would definitely say my family, and instilling all those values that I listed before. And also just my own experiences in life. When I was young, I was diagnosed with leukemia. And so I was confronted with the potential risk of death at a very young age, and so the life I live now is very important for me because it's basically my second chance, and so I want to try and help as many people as possible to try and give back to the world, and also to just show that anything is possible if you have dreams.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If I had to give women a piece of advice, I would definitely say to just continue to be yourself. And just work on having longevity. I think now we see a lot of things on social media that make us feel like things have to happen right now, and that we have to fit a certain mold in order to be successful, but things that last are because of the people who stand out, and those are the people that we remember. So, just remembering to be your authentic self, and continue be disciplined and put the work in.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Well, for me personally, I'm really big on helping other women shine brightly without reservation and stand tall in who they are. I definitely think in society, in a lot of spaces, women are told to tone down who they are in order to fit societal norms, but It's In My Nature is about bringing women to the forefront and accepting women for their different aesthetics, or their different passions, or interests, or career goals or just all the different ways that they want to shine, but our goals for It's In My Nature are specifically sisterhood, wellness, community service, self-discovery.
