Her Story

About Lidia

Lidia Rodriguez is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rewarding Insurance Agency, which she founded in 2018 after serving as a captive insurance agent from 2010 to 2017. Transitioning to an independent agency allowed her to provide clients with unbiased guidance and access to multiple insurance carriers, specializing in life insurance, Medicare, and retirement planning.

Based in Western Massachusetts, Lidia is passionate about serving the Hispanic community through education and personalized support. She regularly partners with community organizations to help individuals and families better understand financial protection strategies, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), chronic illness coverage, and Medicare options. Her work is driven by a genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors, caregivers, and underserved families.

In 2025, Lidia co-founded Rewarding Community Partners, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting individuals with healthcare, financial, and community resources. She also mentors young professionals through a partnership with MassHire Holyoke, helping them build careers in the insurance industry by earning their life and health insurance licenses.

Lidia serves as a board member of Enlace de Familias in Holyoke and as an Ambassador for the Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership and community impact have earned widespread recognition, including being named to the BusinessWest 40 Under Forty, receiving the Springfield Regional Chamber Super 60 Award, and in 2024 as the first Latina to receive both the Business Person of the Year and Business of the Year awards by Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce. These honors reflect her dedication to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and expanding access to financial security and healthcare resources.
