Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lidiya
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's not easy, it's very tough. You have to understand that it's not the place that's going to make you rich and bring the money, but it's something if you cannot just simply leave and go to the work for 8 hours and just get back and enjoy your life. You would like to do something in your life to exceed your wonder.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
University lacks support for research and following rules. Education is not a priority. Students come mostly for grades rather than knowledge. University takes indirect costs from grants but provides no support.
