About Lillian
Lillian Nichole serves as CEO of Independent Elegance, a digital blog and atmosphere where she shares traveling tips, guidance on living independently, and experiences as a solo female traveler, with a strong focus on fashion alongside her passion for motor sports. As a full-time student, she is pursuing a business degree in luxury marketing and digital media with a focus on fashion from the Global Business School in Spain. She began her social media journey at age 12 by creating a company to assist local small businesses with their online presence, which grew one client's business by over 100 clients in six months. Lillian graduated high school and earned an associate's degree simultaneously a year early, becoming the first in her family to attend college, including an international institution, despite having severe dyslexia. She contributes to a nonprofit mentoring young girls entering male-dominated sectors and serves as kids' director at her grandparents' summer house resort, hosting crafts. Her interests include traveling, having taken 24 flights in the last two years since her first international trip at age 16, and activities such as horseback riding, tennis, pickleball, and Formula One.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't listen to anything anybody has to say unless they have walked the exact same path you have. Instead of looking at people in your life that aren't in the same pathway, look at people that accomplished your goals and compare yourself to them instead of people that don't understand what you're doing or chasing your dreams.
