About Lilly
I started in IT for 35 years doing system design, then retired early and joined a nonprofit in family ministry. This led me to life coaching where I help clients discover their own blind spots rather than telling them what to do. I particularly enjoy working with young couples balancing career and family, and those approaching retirement in their late 50s to early 60s, drawing from my own experience retiring over 15 years ago.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My key factor is honesty and being sincere regardless of who I am talking to or dealing with. God has changed me to be less judgmental and more prayerful towards others.
