Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lily
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
It's okay to change your direction. At first, I thought I wanted to continue with nursing and pursue my RN, but the more medicine I've done and the more people I've worked with, more that I see that I really do want to go the physician route.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being present with people and embracing both the exciting and positive aspects of humanity, but also just sitting with people through their hardest times. Always sit with people, and to feel a little bit of what they're feeling with them. Never let go of the humanity aspect of patient care.
