Linda Donofrio

Linda Donofrio serves as Director of Community Relations and Head of Sales and Marketing for Interim Home Health Care Mid-Atlantic, representing the Reading, Pennsylvania office. She brings 30 years of experience in sales and marketing within home healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and the broader medical industry. Her career began with 18 years in dental and pharmaceutical sales, including time as a dental implant representative, before she transitioned to home health and hospice around 2014, motivated by her father's dementia diagnosis and her desire to be closer to family. In her current role for the past 12 years, she builds relationships with agencies, doctors' offices, and facilities to secure referrals while incorporating innovative approaches such as teaching Zumba Gold classes and cardio drumming sessions for seniors in memory care and skilled nursing settings. Donofrio graduated from the University of Delaware in 1990 with a degree in English Literature, which supports her strong communication skills in case conferencing and sales presentations. She holds Zumba and Zumba Gold certifications, is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner who provides self-care sessions for staff, and has completed Dementia Friends training. Earlier in her career at Collagenics Pharmaceuticals, she earned the STAR Award twice and served as a sales trainer specializing in engaging indifferent customers. Beyond her full-time role, she co-hosts the Rockstar Book Club podcast, interviewing celebrities and focusing on teen idols and pop culture biographies.
