About Linda
I was raised in a family that built and grew businesses, so entrepreneurship, client relationships, and the pursuit of excellence were part of my upbringing from an early age. Watching businesses evolve taught me that luxury is about creating emotion, trust, and lasting relationships.
Today, I serve as Director of Retail and Client Development at Marina B, where I focus on expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and introducing a historic luxury brand to a new generation of collectors. Leading a team of talented women at a female-founded company is particularly meaningful to me, as I strongly believe in empowering women to grow, lead, and succeed.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for business growth, relationship building, and creating meaningful connections. Whether through client development, strategic partnerships, or brand building, I am driven by the opportunity to create lasting value and contribute to the continued evolution of the luxury industry.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Hard work, resilience, and the guidance of great mentors. They taught me the importance of keeping the bigger picture in mind, making decisions with a long-term perspective, and staying focused on what creates value for the business and the people around me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Surround yourself with people who are hungrier than you and masters of their craft. Talent matters, but proximity to excellence accelerates growth. The mentors, leaders, and colleagues who challenged me the most ultimately helped me achieve more than I thought possible on my own.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never be afraid to do the humble job and never be afraid to start from zero.
Stay passionate, aim high, and always strive for greatness. A combination of humility and ambition can take you further than you ever imagined.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value transparency, equality, and high agency. I believe the strongest teams are built on trust, open communication, and a shared sense of ownership. I am drawn to environments where people are empowered to take initiative, challenge ideas constructively, and hold themselves accountable to high standards.
