Linda Helm is an accomplished catering director with more than two decades of experience in the hospitality and events industry. Since 2021, she has served as Director of Catering at Heathrow Country Club, where she oversees events across three venues and drives over $2 million in annual catering revenue. Known for her passion and professionalism, Lia has built a career on delivering exceptional experiences for corporate clients, weddings, social gatherings, and golf tournaments. Her leadership within Club Corp/Invited has showcased her ability to adapt to evolving challenges, including successfully managing a hotel during the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lia credits her growth in the club and hospitality industry to mentors like Terry Basher and Tony Curlin, whose guidance helped shape her leadership style and career advancement. Beyond her professional achievements, Lia is also a dedicated mother who has faced profound personal challenges, including the tragic loss of her son, Jesse, to an accidental fentanyl overdose. Her resilience and strength have deepened her compassion, fueling her interest in future involvement with overdose awareness initiatives.

Outside of her professional role, Lia enjoys gardening and staying active through fitness, pursuits that reflect her balanced approach to life. With a background in interior design from Ivy Tech Community College, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and a personal touch to every event she manages. Lia is widely respected for her dedication, adaptability, and heartfelt commitment to both her clients and her community.
