What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to always being eager to learn and taking pride in my work. These qualities have guided me through more than two decades in the energy industry and have allowed me to grow and thrive in my role at Baker Hughes.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to always ask questions, because that’s how you learn. I carry this lesson with me every day, and it has helped me gain the knowledge and confidence to lead effectively.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay positive and motivated. With determination and the right mindset, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the challenges in this industry is staying on top of all the changes that are constantly happening. I believe adaptability is key, and I make it a priority to keep up with new developments so I can continue to deliver strong results.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personally and professionally, I value keeping organized and staying focused. These principles not only help me in my work but also in how I approach life overall. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors. These activities keep me grounded and give me the balance I need to bring my best self to both my career and my personal life.
