01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The greatest piece of advice I've received is probably just to keep on trying. Doesn't matter how bad the day gets or what happens that day, to just keep on going, keep on reaching for the goal of saving a life.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be more open and compassionate. Don't look at it like a stressful situation. Treat them like a friend so they're able to trust you and open up. They're dealing with people who have only known jail or probation, so treat them differently than those facilities do.
