Linda Wright has spent 14 years in the home warranty field, working across three different companies in the same industry. Her daily work involves meeting and talking with real estate agents, title companies, and lenders to support buyers and manage claims, functioning much like an insurance provider embedded in real estate transactions. She has been a top producer throughout her career and is an active member of the Women's Council of Real Estate Agents in San Antonio. Wright attended Texas Tech for her real estate education through an online course. She supports the San Antonio Food Bank and draws motivation from being a single mom who hustles daily for her children. She values honesty, ensuring everything is taken care of, providing love to others, and giving full effort even on difficult days. Wright advises adapting to the ever-changing market and building relationships during slower periods to prepare for busy seasons.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Being a single mom and having to hustle every day for my children. That's what drives me to keep going and succeed.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep going, even if you don't want to. Because it'll pay off in the end.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Get ready to work all the time and give it all you've got. In the beginning it's a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but after about 2 years it pays off.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The market is always changing so you have to adapt. The opportunity is building relationships now during slow months to plant seeds for the busy summer season.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Making sure everything is taken care of, being an honest person, providing love to everyone, and giving it all you've got even on a bad day.
