She is the founder and CEO of Linda A. Hamilton CPA LLC, where she provides accounting, tax, and strategic financial advisory services to clients across the United States, including nonprofits and international companies doing business in the U.S. In addition, she founded Grow Profit Scale™, a coaching and mastermind program designed to empower women entrepreneurs with actionable financial insights, profit amplification strategies, and scalable business planning tools. Through these initiatives, Linda combines her expertise in accounting with her passion for teaching and mentoring, helping business owners understand their numbers and control their financial future.
With 38 years of experience in the field, Linda began her career as a bookkeeper and spent over a decade attending night school to earn her accounting degree before becoming a CPA. She later co-founded and led a full-service accounting firm and has since built her own practice focused on strategic financial guidance and education. Her work emphasizes not only the technical aspects of accounting but also the importance of financial literacy and strategic planning, ensuring her clients can grow, profit, and scale sustainably. My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep learning, actively network, and make sure you’re charging enough to sustain and grow your business.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is finding clients and maintaining a strong, consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are empathy, integrity, and continual learning. I also cherish time with my husband, enjoy reading, and find balance and inspiration at the beach.
