Her professional philosophy centers on compassionate care, clear communication, and teaching others to maintain boundaries and self-care in emotionally demanding environments.
Before her nursing career, Linde pursued dance education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, reflecting her lifelong commitment to learning and personal growth. She is also a devoted animal lover, volunteering regularly with local animal shelters and integrating her care for pets into her work as a Pet Doula. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you feel drawn to end-of-life care, I encourage you to pursue it early, even as a new graduate. I recommend seeking out specialized training in grief work and communication, as these skills are essential in this field. Hospice organizations are very welcoming to motivated newcomers and offer valuable on-the-job learning opportunities that can help you grow both personally and professionally.
