Lindsay Brewington

She currently speaks with the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Howard County, delivering mental health education and advocacy in hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Her background also includes several years as a family caregiver, managing daily care, household operations, and family support. Her personal experiences with bereavement, medical recovery, and rehabilitation have strengthened her resilience and people-centered approach to work.
