Lindsay Chase

She is an experienced criminal defense attorney and legal practitioner with a strong background in both public defense and private criminal litigation across South Florida.

Currently, she serves as Managing Partner at the Law Office of Lindsay Chase P.L.L.C., where she leads a client-centered criminal defense practice focused on state and federal cases, including DUI, domestic violence, and drug-related charges. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing legal strategy, courtroom advocacy, and firm operations while ensuring high-quality representation tailored to each client’s needs.

Prior to establishing her current firm, she was a Managing Partner at Zirpoli Chase PLLC, a boutique criminal defense firm specializing in litigation and post-conviction matters. She also practiced as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Robert David Malove, gaining extensive courtroom experience and deepening her expertise in criminal law.

Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, where she represented indigent clients and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy, constitutional law, and criminal procedure.

With nearly a decade of experience in criminal defense, she is known for her strategic courtroom advocacy, strong command of Florida criminal law, and commitment to protecting clients’ rights and legal interests at every stage of the justice process.
